Upgrading from 5.0 to SP1

Any one having problem upgrading from 5.0 to SP1?
Upon upgrading, my Page Templates appear to become corrupted.
For example, the header, footer, and other content blocks are shifted or repeated.

I had some different problems, but not the one you describe. They were easy to fix though. Now it is working fine. My issue was that, after the upgrade,it told me that I had no pages at all, when I know I had loads of pages. I had to republish my Home Page again, and it worked. I don't really remember one upgrade to have ever gone without at least one issue. The good thing is though, that the issues are getting fewer and fewer.
