Events module re-direct question

Hello everyone!

Is it possible to create an Event and when seen in the Lists view, and have it auto-redirect to a webpage?

We've added a Conference event and we'd prefer not to have people click to the inner Event Page, and just jump straight to the conference microsite. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,not sure if I got this correctly, but I'll give my best shot.

So, the idea is that each event you have has a micro-site with a url. When you click on the event in the list, you want to go to that url instead of opening the detail view of the event. If so, this is what I suggest:

• In the events module create a custom field "MicroSiteUrl" which content editors will use to set the url of the micro site. • Edit the list template of the events widget and remove the default link, which you can then replace with a link which will bound to "MicroSiteUrl" which you've created in the first step. You can do this through Sitefinity in page editor.
