Hello, I'm so sorry, but I have a doubt.
I have created a webpage in the server we are going to be using.
And I want to know how can I publish the website to the IIS in order to see the page in another computer.

Is there a step-by-sept document about it? Or can you tell me how to achieve this?

I was thinking about publish by using Visual Studio but it is showing an error. Maybe there is an easy and simple way to do it

Please take a look at our documentation here for how to configure the IIS to host Sitefinity projects.

Also you can see Josh's blog post here for installing Sitefinity 4 on IIS 7.
