license and features

Hello.

According to www.sitefinity.com/.../Full_features_list.sflb.ashx (that's SF4), "Forms" are not included with the small business license. Is this still the case with SF5? And, if so, why?

It's not hard to see small businesses wanting to provide a "Contact Us" form instead of just an email? Or, since small businesses can have up to 1000 email campaign subscribers, they'll probably gather subscribers' information via a newsletter "Sign Up" form.

Can Telerik share reason behind not providing forms?
