Which are the Database tables for Forums page

Hi All,
I need to import data to a site in SF 5 from SF 3.7 site. How can this be done?
Only the data in Forums page needs to be imported.
Can this be done by restoring the associated tables? If so, please tell me the tables related to the Forums page in Sitefinity.
