Template Builder

What is the easiest way to incorporate ROUNDED edges and shadowing for your web site? Template builder does not allow for vertical (right and left) images to be imported only horizontal, thus creating a problem for a shadow to appear under the web page layout. If I bring in a photoshop rounded top and bottom white border, it does not "connect" with the next image box in Template builder to produce a seamless background. Trying to create attached file in SF Template Builder. Is this do-able?
