CMS - Backend Doesn't show any content besides Header

Hi,
I changed a setting in Administration->Settings->Advanced->Pages->script manager... and Now i don't see anything in the CMS. I don't know what's wrong. kindly help me to restore the CMS so I can see pages, templates and the Advanced Settings too...

What did you turn on, the CDN?
