Request Upgrade Assistance for 3.7 to 5.1 Upgrade

Please help.  We are under a "trial license" to try and work through and see if the Upgrade from 3.7 to 5.1 is feasible.  As part of the upgrade process we are encountering issues with transfer of themes, templates, users, content and custom controls into the 5.1 using the upgrade tool.

No errors are indicated and "success" is shown on the upgrade screen, but the destination site (database) shows no new information.
