sitefinity version updgrade from 5.0 to latest - Sitefinity - General Discussions

i have sitefinity project manager 5.0.2500.0 with one website under it.i want upgrade my sitefinity to 5.1. and my sitefinity project manager shows option like,

action -> upgrade(disabled)
action -> set SF3.7 for migration

so,exactly what i need to do for upgrading my project to 5.1 ?

Have you downloaded and installed the latest Sitefinity software from your sitefinity.com account?
