Web frontend cache issues in version 5

Hi,
I have a problem with content updated and the changes are not being reflected in my pages. It worked fine in CMS server but not WFE. Then, I set "No Caching" and disable ClientCache in Output Cache Settings but it did not help. The only way to make it works is recycle the AppPool.

I just wonder if there is another ways to make it work. Manually recycle AppPool whenever CMS is getting updated is not an option.
