Email campaign with attachment

Hello,
I used SF till 4.0 version...now I was looking at 5.1 and was wondering if SF 5.1 supports email campaign with file attachment... another question is relative to the mailing list maximum user per mailing list...how many users can I've in a mailing list?

It's possible to do a campaign each time a document is published on a library?

Just out of interest, why would you want to burden both the recipients and your own mail server with attachments ? It's just a bunch of bandwidth that most recipients either object to or may be rejected.
