Manage Domains and Licensing Missing?

I am unable to find the new navigation to get to the manage domains and license key pages. Is this missing?

Dear Ryan

Sign in 
Click on your name to right of site
Choose Account Overview
Then under Manage Products click on Sitefinity (sf_license_01.png)
Then click on Manage Domain and Licenses (sf_license_02.png)

Are there no more community license options?

Hi Ryan,

The Community Edition is still available. In order to create a Community edition project you just need to download the Sitefinity project manager - > Create a New project -> select a new license - > choose the Community Edition.

Please, note that the Community edition license can be used for non commercial projects only.
