Events Module Question

I've read that the events module can be added to your page to look like the RadScheduler (a calendar). However, when I add it to mine, I only see a list of events. Is it possible to make is present itself more like a calendar? Thank you!

Not possible out of the box...perhaps there's a marketplace control?  Otherwise you'd have to use the API to wire it up...

This is a REALLY common scenario though, it'd be nice if it WAS out of the box

Ya, no kidding... I would think this would be OOB by now. Oh well, do you know any good sites or tutorials in regards to building one? I'm still not comfortable with building Modules with the API just yet.

Indeed, using RadScheduler is a very easy process and there are few good tutorials.

Please, take a look at this blog post for a simple example (link here).

As for the product itself, soon we will have calendars as one of the many small tasks we have planned. I am also working on a free marketplace item, that you can easily plug and use into Sitefinity. Currently is 80% ready and yes, it is based on Rad Scheduler.
