Oldest sticky is over a year old now...common, lets just outright kill them...please? :)

If people need release notes they can go view then in downloads

Or perhaps just make a release notes thread and just keep posting the latest notes to a single thread?

+1

And while you're at it, would it possible to reverse the version sorting in Sitefinity's Marketplace to show the latest 5 instead of the oldest 5?

Hi,

@Steve, we will revise the sticky threads and will remove old ones.

@Jochem, generally this should go in a separate thread as it does not relate to Steve's topic. Probably I am not looking at the right place but to me it seems that it shows the latest additions both on the general marketplace page: http://www.sitefinity.com/developer-network/marketplace, and on the add-ons one: http://www.sitefinity.com/developer-network/marketplace/modules.

@Rado

Sorry, will do next time - just felt a bit of waste to open another thread for housekeeping.
And no you were looking in the right place. On the modules page, go look at the versions.

Do we really need to show 3.1 - 3.7 click expand and scroll down to the bottom to find the latest versions? It would make much more sense to show 5.3 - 5.1 and bury the legacy versions under the expand button.

@Jochem, thanks for the clarification. I was looking at the actual items. We will extend the taxonomies control to provide more adequate sorting. At the moment it does not alow any sorting expressions.

@Jochem

You should have added your comment here when you had a chance :-)

More then a year ago I was asking for the same. This is only one thread I found. I think I had some support ticket or feature request about it too.
