I see the attached image for forum subscription, but when I click the Subscription link, the only option I have is to subscribe to this myself.

How to I add other users to the list to subscribe to this forum? Say I have, 20 people that I want to do this for, how to I select them all in the second attachment?

So does that mean that the "subscribe" feature is only not implemented in the Forum module or all modules that display this item under the action dropdown?
