Documents not refreshing on website 5.4 - Sitefinity - General Discussions

I wonder if anyone is having this issue. Previously with 5.0, once we replace a document, it immediately is updated on the website without needed a website restart or hitting the webconfig.

With 5.4, we have noticed that once you replace a document in the cms, I usually have to restart or hit the webconfig because it doesnt immediately update.

Any thoughts?

Hi Nana,

Are you referring to the frontend? It is most likely a caching issue. Try turning off caching for the page.
