Any option in sitefinity like HTML frameset - Sitefinity - General Discussions

Hello,

I've two column layout (left side navigation and content container in right side). If I click any option in left side menu, it should load the inline page content in the right side container. Is there any option to load the content inside a page like HTML frameset in sitefinity? Kindly advice.
