5.4 Version of site keeps going to Home.aspx

I am attempting, without much luck to upgrade my 3.7 SP4 site to 5.4. However, each time I go to the default webpage, that is set in my IIS website, rather then the project setup page, I get an error message with the page trying to navigate to "home.aspx"

From what I understand, home.aspx is the start page in 3.7 SP4, but I don't know why it's going there. The old website has been removed, so I heaven knows where IIS is getting this value from.

Any ideas?
