Reload Configuration

If I make a change to the Sitefinity config files, is there some Sitefinity code that I can run to force it to reload the configuration files? Or does Sitefinity do this automatically? In this instance, I'm not making the change in the backend, but rather to the config files manually.

Make an edit to the web.config file and save.  It will restart the site and the config files will be reloaded

I could, but I don't want to have to restart the whole website because of the delay in the startup.

You'd have to make the change through settings then.
