Hi,

Is it possible to allow users to register and log in using their Facebook accounts?

I would like to start using personalisation, social media and user acoounts, and think a huge part of this strategy should be around allowing users to sign in using their social accounts.

I've had a quick look and can only find a post from 2011.

So after some reading, I believe I must create my own Custom membership provider - Does this sound right, or is there already something ready-made?

Hi,

In the feature there will be an integration with the most popular public authentication providers. Please see the feature request in PITS on the following URL. Under the feature request there is a solution from a client. However this scenario is not tested and supported from Sitefinity.

There is a forum that might be useful in your case. Please review it.
