Custom datasource, label binding and maintenance

I have this requirement ---Country 1 -----event -------concert_tix ---Country 2 -----event -------concert_tix ---Country 3 -----event -------concert_tix ----maintenance_form_restricted Pages have different page layouts header themes and style per country i need to be able to bind the information on each page starting on this will cost and on Those <> are database fields from a different datasource..not SITEfinity I also need some editable maintenance form for this information so that i dont manually duplicate pages and re edit the information and pricing and dates one by one. The maintenance form has also user restriction like only this prices can be edited by users assigned to this event or country is this possible via telerik SItefinity CMS using thunder in visual studio? Please remember...custom datasource not sitefinity the are not to be generated on the packaged sitefinity database Thank you
