Simple Quote Email Form

I am currently running Sitefinity 3.7 and have created a quote form.

I am writing a User Control (ascx.vb) all I want to do is have the 3 fields in the quote form that when filled out will email me the info. Should be simple, right? I keep getting error after error....even tried sending it through smtp gmail
