Link Opens new tab - Sitefinity - General Discussions

I would like to navigate on my website from the top level menu bar, but some links open a new tab in my browser, and others do not.

I cannot find documentation on this. What setting needs to be changed?

Thank you for contacting us!

I have recorded a short video (link here) where you can see how you can customize the navigation widget
so that all pages are opened in a new tab/window for example.

So to prevent it from opening up new tabs, I have to go into html code and make the changes to target='<%#_blank....

The reason I got sitefinity is so I don't have to code HTML. Wow. Guess it isn't as user friendly as I thought.

Also my version of sitefinity does not allow me edit template. I can edit html, but not the template.
