Make backend page urls lowercase for SEO rules

Hi support,

Just a minor tweak for the backend pages urls. If you could make them lowercase, then it would be no problem to add SEO rules in IIS to lowercase all the urls of a Sitefinity website. If you apply a rule now, the pages won't work anymore (well, at least the .svc calls).

Of course I could also apply conditions to that SEO rules, but it would be more consistent anyways to have both frontend and backend pages lowercase.

What do you think?
