Hi,
I have upgraded my project to latest version of sitefintiy 6.1 for the analysis purpose.Now, I want to restore it to previous version i.e. 5.2.
What is the process for this?

I don't think downgrading is supported. You can just restore the copy of your 5.2 project. Quick and easy :-)
