Export to Excel date/time fields in UTC, can that be configured?

I would like to export form data to excel but in the process of exporting I would like the times to be changed to our local time instead of UTC.
Is this possible?

Hello John,

The export to excel functionality is not customizable. For the form responses you can use the forms module API to retrieve them as data source and pass them to .NET document export functionality or another more convenient way.
