Is there an issue with Chrome and editing the layout in templates? When you edit a layout and then click a field to the right, you lose the ability to edit it. It seems ok in IE. Thanks

Yes, there's an issue. I don't use this feature myself but I did notice it recently. I'm on 6.2.4910. I assume someone from Telerik will reply here and schedule a fix.

Sorry, forgot to say that it was ok on 6.0 and I think 6.1, but broken in 6.2. Thanks

The problem you are reporting is know issue scheduled to be fixed in our next release and you can read more about it here:

6.2 layout changes not possible
