Hi

We are in the process of deciding what is the best CMS for out organization. we need multi site with following features

We have national sales web site (NSC) and Dealer network, we need to share 90% of the pages with our dealers.
Ex : NSC is www.FOO.com.au, and dealer could be www.dealer1.FOO.com.au , there can be X number of dealers.

1) can we restrict shared pages none editable for dealers ?
2) few given pages, can we allow different version for dealers?
Ex: www.FOO.com.au/contact-us.aspx - this has details of NSC office, and
dealer www.dealer1.FOO.com.au/contact-us.aspx has details of them.
3) dealer can create pages and manage them, but these dealer created pages should be only available on that dealer only.
Ex: www.dealer1.FOO.com.au/promotions/december-clerance.aspx , but that page should NOT be there in the NSC.

Please let me know.
