Email campaigns and send newsletters in small business edition
I have very simple question since it was difficult to me to google this information.
Is it possible to create email campaigns or to have newsletter functionality with sitefinity small business edition ?

SBE has a limit of 1'000 E-mail campaing scubcribers.
So the answer to your question would most probably be a yes.

Do you have any resource like web page or PDF or something that says that SBE has campaings or you just suppose ? I could not find any resource with SBE features described ?

SBE can only be bought through a partner.
If you are a partner you find this information in the partner extranet. If you are not a partner you must contact one to buy the license anyhow and they will confirm to you what I have just wrote to you.
