Restricting permissions for changing page templates based on

We are currently using Sitefinity 5.4 and have an Editors role set up that is only allowed to view and edit content within pages. We've locked down permissions as much as possible, but the Editors still are able to change the page template to a different one. They're already restricted from being able to view and edit the actual templates, but we want to restrict this role from being able to change page templates while editing page content. Is this possible?

Indeed, I verified that the issue exists in the current version of Sitefinity. However, this is by design. The idea is that the user who will change or create a page content is responsible to choose which layout to use. You can restrict not to create or modify templates but cannot restrict layout selection. This make sense.
