Creating a filter for Pages on Backend

I have tried to find a way to create a new filter in the right sidebar on the Pages backend page. Has anyone done this before? Any information on how to complete this? In the sidebar, the default filter values are:

All Pages
My Pages
Published
Awaiting Approval
Drafts
With no Descriptions
With no Keywords
by Date Modified
