Does anyone know what the code looks like for the NotifyStateChanger that is called in the workflows when an item is rejected.  I am curious to know how Sitefinity is getting the user (or what user) to send the rejection email too.  Any information would help!  I have tried to Google it and am getting 404 pages on most of the results.

I am interested in knowing what user Sitefinity sends the email too and how they get that particular users email address.
