Get error 'No approval workflow mapping found for type: Telerik.Sitefinity.Lists.Model.ListItem '

I got error "No approval workflow mapping found for type: Telerik.Sitefinity.Lists.Model.ListItem" while create an list item in SiteFinity/Content/Lists, and I didn’t do anything about workflow. Details as attached image Could you please show me any clue to make this work? Thanks a lot. BTW, my SiteFinity version number is 6.0.4100.0.

Hello Shirley,

There are a number of reasons that can cause this behavior. What I recommend you do is re-install the Lists module. Go to Administration->Modules and Services, locate the Lists module, deactivate it, uninstall it and install it. Provided this does not work, please share with us the point at which you started to notice this behavior.
