Upgrading from 3.5 to 7

Hi, Currently we have Sitefinity 3.5 version and would like to upgrade to the latest version 7. Let me know the feasibility, challenges in migrating from 3.5 to 7 or is it better to rewrite the code.

Hi Ragurama,

In order to migrate your project to the latest version of Sitefinity you have to upgrade your 3.5 project to version 3.7 SP4 first. To achieve this you have to follow the steps outlined in the following documentation article:

When your project is upgraded to SP4 and you are sure that everything is working properly you can start migration process using the documentation article below:
