AD nested OUs as Roles

We have an OU in AD named CMSusers. This OU has groups which represent the roles for different areas/permissions. So, any users in the CMSusers OU are there by nesting, being present in one of the groups. Does Sitefinity allow for nested Roles via the LdapRoles?

Put in other words, we need an OU which contains groups be show up in SF as a role with the members of the containing groups present.
