Unsubscribe link not appearing - Sitefinity - General Discussions

We are trying to setup a mailing list and we have followed the example in this screencast http://screencast.com/t/lq2BQqYKobpw and in the documentation.

However the email that the subscriber gets does not have an unsubscribe link in it. Other fields like FirstName are being replaced properly. We have a page with an unsubscribe widget on it and this page is selected in the mailing list.

The site was recently upgraded from 3.6 to 7.1 if that makes a difference.

Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions?

Hi Charlotte,

This is a known issue logged as a bug in our Feedback portal where you could subscribe for receiving notifications on status change.

The unsubscribe link is resolved correctly in the e-mail campaign issues, so the users could be able to unsubscribe once the next issue is sent.
