Recycle Bin - Max Deletion Interval - Sitefinity - General Discussions

Does anyone know what the maximum value is for the Deletion Interval in the new Recycle Bin feature? It appears to default to 90 days, but I'm trying to find out how high I can set that value. A quick test showed that "0" doesn't give me infinite retention and it's not the easiest thing to test out with trial / error.

Hello Marc,

The default Recycle Bin retention period is set to 90 days under Administration -> Settings -> Advanced -> Recycle Bin. It is not possible to set the retention to infinite. In order to make sure that the items will not be deleted from the Recycle bin, you may set it to a large enough value (e.g. 36500 days).
