License for website

Hi, I have one website for support (Sitefinity 6.0.4100.0 Standard Edition).
I setup it on my computer but now I need a license for it.
When I try to get free trail I recieve - "You have requested a file from older product minor version (ProductMinorVersionId = 3339, ProductId = 725)".
What is the problem and how I can get a developer or demo license?

Hello,

You have to download the latest Sitefinity release 7.2 in order to activate a trial. You can only trial the current version, which is 7.2.

Hope that helps.

I believe if you also run it through localhost it won,t throw license errors, right Stanislav?

Hi Steve,

Yes, if you run it through localhost, Sitefinity won't throw any license errors, but the issue that Atanas has is with the project manager and the initial project cration.

Sorry for delay. Thanks for your answers, but I still have the same problem and I really need a solution.
I try to run the site as Default Web Site through IIS but without success(see the attached file).
We received this project from another company and we have to support this site.
Without demo license our hands are tied. Can you send me demo license for our current version(Sitefinity 6.0.4100.0 Standard Edition), or suggest another solution?

Hi,

I saw that one of you collegues, Jesper Malmborg, has a few active Sitefinity licenses in his account. He also has access to a license for the requested version 6.0.4100.0. You can ask him to download this license file and give it to you. It doesn't matter that it's already registered for a different domain name, you can still use is as a demo license for running a project on localhost.

Hope that helps.
