Where in Sitefinity can I fill in the string values for these three buttons? My version is 7.0. Thanks.

Hello Ryan,

This is a known issue in Sitefinity 7.0 and there is not a workaround available for this version. Fortunately, the issue is fixed in Sitefinity 7.1. So, what I can suggest is to perform an upgrade to the latest Sitefinity version in order to resolve this issue. Here is the link to our upgrade documentation for more details about the upgrade procedure.
