Ugly blog URL's in Sitefinity

On my blog, when a user clicks on the article, it takes them to the blog details page. The URL shown is very ugly.

exampledomain.com/.../this-is-the-ariticle-url

 What are the best practises to have just the url like

exampledomain.com/.../this-is-the-ariticle-url

I don't want to have date in the url
