Add a column of isapproved in UserList

Hi Team,

Please can somebody guide me, how to add a column to backend Users grid.

We have to create a page which show all user list with "is approved" checkbox and there is submit button so all the checked row need to approved on submit button.

Please help us how we can implement this functionality in sitefinity or there is any alternate solution in sitefinity.
