External RSS Content - Sitefinity - General Discussions

I have two external RSS feeds set to publish automatically as blog posts. For the life of me I cant get them to update automatically, or for that matter manually I continually have to refresh them to update. What triggers this process and how should one go about debugging this? Also under Feed type, there is an [undocumented?] option of pass through or persistent. What are these attributes for?

Hi Geoff,

We have answered to the support ticket you submitted.

Here is the answer:

The problem with the automatic update not working is a bug in Sitefinity, which is currently been fixed and we expect to provide the fix in the comming internal builds (this week or the next one). Here is the public issue:

For the moment you can only use the manual run action.
