Is it normal that Sitefinity 8.0 has a server response time of 600 ms? I have a SF 3.7 (!) site running that has server response times under 200 ms.

My system is running in an Azure VM with lots of ressources. IIS is well configured with all known optimizations.
Is my system so slow or is it Sitefinity 8.0 in general?
