Hello Tabish,

I just published a KB article describing the cause for the issue and how it can be resolved:

http://www.sitefinity.com/developer-network/knowledge-base/details/content-block-toolbar-icons-are-not-displayed-after-upgrade

Can you please try the suggestion from KB article and the issue should be resolved.

Hi Sabrie Nedzhip,

I've checked the link you've mentioned above and did what suggested in the article, so the backend side works fine now. As you can see in the attached, other website pages couldn't be opened(It's good to know that our issue was not related to the upgrading, It happened suddenly).

Could you please advise what can i do?

Thanks and regards,

Monire

Hi Monire,
I was also having similar type of issue as you have mention in an other project. You can see the attached image.
And I have resolved it by adding the following line in my web.config

<add key="Telerik.EnableEmbeddedSkins" value="false" />

Because as you can see in the error it self says that set EnableEmbeddedSkins="false"

Hi Tabish,

Actually i had a problem regarding to the editor icons which hadn't be appeared, so I used your solution and icons appeared perfectly but after using that solution, website pages gone and the attached error shown.

Appreciate your quick solution.

Thanks,

Monire

Yes, i understand your point by setting Telerik.EnableEmbeddedSkins value true/false will resolve only one of the two issues.

by adding this line page error issue will be resolved. <add key="Telerik.EnableEmbeddedSkins" value="false" />

for other "icons visibility" issue
