Accessing the orders backend

Hello, I have some custom fields for the user to enter before adding an item to cart. The fields are applied to the cart details and then to the order details upon creation of the order.

I need to add this order detail data to the backend orders view. I cannot figure out how to access this template in order to edit it. Where is the template located? It would be simple enough for me to simply bind the template to the new data, but I cannot find it.
