Opening existing theme to edit CSS - Sitefinity - General Discussions

Hi, I want to edit styling in a CSS theme file, however I do not have the original CSS file. Is it possible to open in Sitefinity on the web to make changes or at least copy the existing file?

The Progress Sitefinity CMS Resources repository at github contains an extract of the Sitefinity CMS basic themes, workflows and templates.;
