Content Block Advanced Options - HtmlEditorStripFormattingOp

This may be a silly question, but I cannot find any information on the HtmlEditorStripFormattingOptions setting in the Advanced settings of the Content Block.  Is there any documentation that someone can point me to?  I would like to know what the valid values are and what effect they have.
