Integration between Sitefinity CMS and Hubspot

I have a need to integrate Sitefinity CMS and Hubspot.
I will use Sitefinity to manage static, dinamic and smart content, with personalization and I will use Hubspot to manage Leads.

On Hubspot, there is a field called segment in Lead object that is used in marketing campaigns, then I need to fill it.

I would like to use persona to fill this field on Hubspot.

On Sitefinity, is it possible to get Persona of current logged user?
