Best way to bulk delete users (8.2)

We have a huge list of users and I'd like to go through and purge the ones that haven't been marked as inactive but haven't been deleted from the system.  

I'd like to be able to do this using SQL Server, rather than try and go through user by user and do it that way.  

Is there a list of tables that the user's GUID is referenced, outside of the obvious sf_users, sf_user_action, sf_user_profile, sf_user_profile_link, sf_user_action?
