Editor Rating Ability

Is there a way to make an 'editor rating' instead of a public 'user rating'?  I want to be able to rate a page in the CMS on the website using 5 or 6 different criteria (each with a 5 star rating) and it would be good to be able to have that criteria have assigned weights for the total rating which would be calculated and displayed at the bottom of the criteria list. Anybody do that with the Telerik rating controls yet?  Thoughts?
